Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility in our booking policies. Please review our refund and credit policy below for course cancellations: Full Refund (Minus Processing Fees) - Up to 30 Days Before the Course: If you need to cancel your registration, you may receive a full refund (minus any processing fees) if the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the course start date. Less Than 30 Days Before the Course: For cancellations made within 30 days of the course start date, participants have two options: 50% Refund: Receive a refund of 50% of the course fee. Full Credit: Opt for a full credit towards a future course. This credit must be used within 18 months from the original course date.
